Comment Like Share Symbols ♡ ❍ ⌲ — Copy & Paste

Like, comment and share symbols are the text characters that copy the buttons under a post — ♡ for like, ❍ for comment, ⌲ for share and ⎙ for save. Because they are Unicode text rather than images, a row such as ♡ ❍ ⌲ ⎙ pastes into captions, bios, thumbnails and stories on any app.

Like comment share in stylish text

Type the words you want — “like comment share”, “subscribe” or your own call to action — and they appear in bold, script and italic letters with icons around them. These letters are maths alphanumeric characters, so they show in captions and bios but are read out letter by letter by screen readers; keep one plain-text version for important messages.

What the ♡ ❍ ⌲ ⎙ icons are

None of the four was made as a social media icon. ♡ is a playing-card heart, ❍ is a shadowed circle from the Dingbats set, ⌲ CONICAL TAPER is an engineering drawing sign that happens to look like a paper plane, and ⎙ PRINT SCREEN SYMBOL comes from keyboard labelling. Together they mimic a photo app’s button row closely enough that everyone recognises it.

Action bars for each kind of app

Each kind of app puts its buttons in a different order, so a matching text bar reads more naturally. These are generic shapes, not copies of any app’s artwork.

The invisible gap: ㅤ and other spacers

The wide gaps in some bars, such as ♡ㅤ❍ㅤ⌲, come from ㅤ HANGUL FILLER (U+3164), an invisible Korean letter that apps do not collapse the way they collapse normal spaces. It is handy in captions, but some games and sites strip or block it — Free Fire, for example, has blocked U+3164 in names since its OB43 update. U+00A0 NO-BREAK SPACE is the safer invisible gap.

Where you can paste them

Captions, bios, comments, story text and video titles accept all of these symbols. Usernames and @handles do not — they take only letters, numbers, dots and underscores. For names and game tags, the nickname symbols page lists which fields accept what.

Questions

How do I copy the like comment share text for Instagram?

Tap ♡ ❍ ⌲ ⎙ in the tray above (or any bar) and paste it into your caption or story. It is plain text, so it keeps its shape after posting.

What is the share symbol called?

The paper-plane look-alike ⌲ is CONICAL TAPER, U+2332. Arrows such as ↗ NORTH EAST ARROW and ➦ are common alternatives; the emoji version is 📤 OUTBOX TRAY.

Why is there a big gap between the icons?

The gap is an invisible character, usually ㅤ HANGUL FILLER, placed so that the save icon sits apart on the right like the real button bar.
