Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026. This page explains what fancytexttool.net collects when you use it, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because the site collects very little.

No account, no tracking of what you copy

You do not need an account to use FancyTextTool. When you press a copy button, the symbol is copied by your own browser. We do not record which symbols you copy or what you paste them into.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

The site is free because it shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to show ads and to measure them, including ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info. How Google uses this data is described in Google’s partner sites policy.

Server, security and delivery

  • Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and block attacks.
  • Our server and security plugin keep standard logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) to keep the site running and to block abuse. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used for advertising.
  • We do not run a separate analytics service on the site.

Messages you send us

If you use the contact form, we store what you type (topic, message, optional name, optional reply address and page link) together with a shortened IP address used only to stop spam. Messages are stored in the site’s own admin area, are not shared with anyone else, and are deleted within 12 months, or sooner when you ask. To have a message deleted, send a privacy request through the same form and mention roughly when you wrote and what about.

Children

FancyTextTool is a general-audience site and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal details through the form, tell us and we will delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to its use. We do not sell personal information. For data we hold — contact form messages — send a request through the contact form. For advertising data, Google’s own controls linked above are the fastest route.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, we update this page and the date at the top. The rules for using the site are in our Terms of Use.
