Last updated: October 12, 2026. These terms apply when you use fancytexttool.net. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What you may do
You may copy any symbol, emoji, text face or text art from the site and use it anywhere — in names, bios, posts, messages or documents, personal or commercial. The characters themselves are standard Unicode characters and nobody owns them. What you may not do is copy our pages in bulk to republish them as your own site, scrape the site in a way that slows it down for others, or try to break or attack it.
Your messages and suggestions
When you send a suggestion or a correction through the contact form, you allow us to use it to improve the site, for example by adding a symbol set you asked for. We do not publish your name or message without asking you. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive or that you have no right to share.
No affiliation with apps, games or brands
FancyTextTool is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Discord, YouTube, any game or game publisher, or the Unicode Consortium. All product names, logos and brands mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe where our symbols can be pasted.
How symbols behave elsewhere
Whether a symbol displays correctly depends on the font, device and app where you paste it. Some apps and games limit name length or reject certain characters, and those rules can change at any time. We test our pages, but we cannot promise that every character will work in every place, and we are not responsible if an app rejects a name or changes how it is shown.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided free and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, FancyTextTool is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site, including pages that are temporarily unavailable, symbols that do not display as expected, or ads and external sites linked from our pages, which are run by third parties.
Removal requests
If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, send the page link and your reasons through the contact form, choosing “Content removal or copyright complaint”. We review every request and remove material where the request is valid.
Governing law and changes
FancyTextTool is operated from Vietnam, and these terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without taking away any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy, and questions can go through the contact page.
